Our global automobile client has an immediate need for TEMPORARY Accounts Payable Analyst.
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to AP related inquiries to the AP inbox including business units and vendors
Process the invoices from the AP inbox to SAP
Check Prints and Document Review
Review, audit, inquire and approve the Employee Expense
Checking/Reviewing duplicate payments and communicating with business units to figure out the reason and prevention plans
Reviewing AP aging report and reports aging items to Sr. Financial Oversight & Disb. Manager

Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable Experience
Strong Understanding of Accounting principles which includes accounts payable process
Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
Experience in SAP, Preferred
Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and communication skills
Experience in fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize work
